JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Senior Account Manager at Biborg, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between the in-house creative teams and our clients. Your key missions revolve around strategic client management, business growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of exceptional creative work. Here's a breakdown of what your day to day will look like:
Strategic Client Leadership & Relationship Management
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships: the successful candidate will cultivate trust and rapport with senior-level clients within gaming publishers and studios.
- Understanding client business objectives: as a Senior Account Manager, it is crucial that you have a deep understanding of your client's marketing goals, target audience, and competitive landscape.
- Providing strategic consultancy: offering expert advice and recommendations on marketing strategies, creative concepts, and campaign execution is a key component of your role.
- Acting as the client's advocate internally: giving as much context as possible and ensuring our creative teams understand and meet the client's needs and expectations is crucial.
- Proactively identifying business opportunities: the successful candidate will anticipate client needs and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling agency services.
- Managing client expectations: keeping clients informed and managing their expectations throughout the project lifecycle will be part of your day to day.
Campaign Management & Execution
- Overseeing project delivery: ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Leading cross-functional teams: coordinating and motivating internal teams (creative, strategy, production) to deliver exceptional work be it for RFP and for prod.
- Managing project scope and budgets: building quotes and getting high commercial nous to quickly sell projects to your client while ensuring projects stay within scope and budget, and proactively addressing any potential issues.
- Developing and implementing campaign strategies: collaborating with strategy teams to develop effective marketing and communication strategies adapted to each brief.
- Analysing campaign performance: tracking and analysing campaign performance metrics, and providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
- Risk management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks to project success.
Business Development & Growth
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities: proactively seeking out new projects within existing clients and/or new clients and projects within the gaming industry.
- Developing and presenting proposals: creating compelling proposals and presentations to win new business with attention to detail and a sense of ‘what looks good’.
- Presenting and convincing clients: ability to present orally with fantastic pitching skills.
- Contributing to agency growth: identifying and implementing strategies to increase agency revenue and profitability.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends: staying up-to-date on the latest gaming trends, technologies, and marketing strategies.
Culture
- Contributing to agency culture: promoting a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence.
Key Skills
- You have a proven track record in account management at creative agencies.
- You are passionate about video games and/or have worked in the gaming industry.
- You are bilingual or have a very good level of English
- You have good written and oral presentation skills.
- You are able to quickly adapt to new tools / software.
- You are able to work efficiently at all times to meet your deadlines and find solutions.
- You are used to collaborating with other creative profiles such as Planners, Production Managers, Media Managers, Art/Motion Directors and Social Media Creatives.
- You have excellent presentation and communication skills when it comes to speaking to clients, partners or internal teams.
- You are proactive, solution and results oriented.
- You are organised, have a great attention to detail and are militant about the perfect look of your presentation slides 🙂.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
__Contract: Permanent
__Salary: GBP35-40K + incentive plan paid monthly (up to 20K)
__Start date: ASAP
__Location: London (or Paris)
